Heated yoga has real benefits, and plenty of great studios build their whole schedule around it. We went a different way.
At 105 degrees, most people stop practicing yoga and start surviving a room. Range of motion goes up faster than the joints supporting it, and the practice becomes about endurance instead of attention.
Our rooms sit around 80. Warm enough that you loosen up in the first ten minutes, cool enough that you can still hear the teacher, still breathe through your nose, and still know the difference between effort and strain.
If you love the heat, our Candlelight Flow runs a few degrees warmer. Everything else stays comfortable on purpose.
