Most of our teachers arrive an hour before their first class. They sequence, they set the room temperature, they set out props for anyone who mentioned an injury last week.
Between classes they take classes. Every teacher on our schedule is still a student somewhere, which is a big part of why the cueing stays fresh.
Ask them about it after class. The best conversations at this studio happen while everyone is rolling up their mats.
