Energizing flows, grounding deep stretch, and everything in between — seven days a week at both studios.
Class types
We offer a variety of classes designed to support a balanced body and a calmer nervous system. Take what you need on the day you need it — strong and sweaty on Tuesday, slow and supported on Thursday.
Open to everyone, from first-timers to long-time practitioners. An invigorating vinyasa flow you take to your own level, with options cued for each pose.
Book a classModified yoga and pilates movement plus isometric holds to build real stability through hips, glutes, shoulders, and abs. Suitable for beginners too.
Book a classA gentle, prop-supported class of long holds. Grows flexibility and joint mobility, teaches deep breathing, and releases tension you forgot you were carrying.
Book a classEnergetic flow with less time on base poses and more on advancement. Arm balances and inversions taught in detail. Expect to be challenged.
Book a classOur two most popular classes in one: fifty percent strong steady flow to build heat, fifty percent long slow stretching. The best of both worlds.
Book a classA slower evening practice by candlelight with a longer savasana. The single best thing you can do for your Sunday night.

Nine months, one weekend a month, taught by Maya and our senior faculty. Built for people who want to teach — and for people who simply want to understand their practice from the inside out.
Cohorts are capped at sixteen students so everyone gets real feedback and practice-teaching time.
Applications open
Sixteen spots. Early applications get first pick of mentor pairings.
Programs
Twice a year we leave town. Three days of morning flow, afternoon hikes, long dinners, and an evening restorative practice under a sky with actual stars in it.
Open to all levels and to non-members. Partners and friends welcome.
More ways to practice
Private sessions, on-demand classes, and ways to bring yoga to your team.
Upcoming
Book a spot before they fill — most workshops cap at twenty-five students.
Good to know
Evening classes usually fill, so yes for those. Midday classes almost always have space if you want to walk in.
Flow cues every pose from the ground up. Flow Plus assumes you know the base shapes and spends the extra time on inversions and arm balances.
Most are 60 minutes. Flow + Stretch and Candlelight Flow run 75. Express classes at noon run 45.
Yes — students 14 and up are welcome in any class with a parent or guardian signature on file.
