About us

A studio built for real life

Breathe. Move. Belong.

The studio

Clean, modern, and quiet on purpose

Our studios are simply decorated to create an environment that helps you relax the moment you walk in. The rooms are open, warm, and inviting. There is no wall of mirrors, no thumping club playlist, and no one keeping score.

We opened Circles Fit Yoga because so many studios felt like they were built for people who were already flexible, already fit, already sure of themselves. Ours is built for the rest of us — the ones squeezing a class between a meeting and a school pickup.

You are welcome here, exactly as you show up today.

Our teachers

Experienced, warm, and still students themselves

Our teachers are dedicated to ongoing study and bring a real depth of knowledge and practiced skill to the room. They create a safe space for exploration and can adapt any practice to any body on any day.

They also understand the subtler side of a practice — how breath, attention, and rest change what a class does for you long after you roll up the mat.

What we stand for

More than a class schedule

Giving back

Every donation-based community class funds a local food pantry and youth mental-health program. Last year students gave over $28,000.

Our communities

Free monthly classes for teachers, nurses, first responders, and anyone new to yoga who wants to try it without an audience.

Class etiquette

Arrive a few minutes early, silence your phone, and feel free to rest in child's pose any time. That is genuinely the whole list.

Our instructors

Meet the teachers

Twenty-six teachers across two studios. Here are a few you will see most weeks.

Questions we hear a lot

I have never done yoga. Which class should I take? +

Start with All Level Flow or Deep Stretch. Both are taught with beginners in mind and your teacher will give you options the whole way through.

Do I need to bring a mat? +

No. Mats, blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters are all here and included. Bring water and something comfortable to move in.

How early should I arrive? +

Ten minutes before your first class so we can show you around. After that, five minutes is plenty.

Is the room hot? +

Warm, not hot. Most classes run around 80°F. Candlelight Flow is a little warmer; Deep Stretch is room temperature.

What if I need to rest in the middle of class? +

Please do. Child's pose is always available and no teacher will ever call you out for taking it.
