Our community
Our classes and studios are built to support you on the way to feeling better — in your body and in your week. Through conscious movement we open and strengthen. Through breath and stillness we quiet the noise.
Whether it is your first class or your thousandth, you get the same welcome at the door.
Why students stay
Three things we promise every single class.
Warm, not punishing. Our rooms sit around 80° so you can actually breathe and still get a great practice.
Teachers cue three versions of nearly every pose, so beginners and long-time practitioners share the same room comfortably.
See class typesMats, blocks, straps, bolsters, and a cold lavender towel at the end of every class. Just bring yourself and some water.
New here
You don't need to be flexible, fit, or experienced. You just need to show up.
All Level Flow or Deep Stretch are the easiest places to land. Reserve your spot online in about a minute.
Say hi, grab a mat and props, and let your teacher know if anything is bothering you today.
Move at your own pace, rest whenever you want, and leave a little lighter than you came in.
Reviews
“The quality of the instructors is truly exceptional. They are warm and supportive, and the studio is always clean, spacious, and inviting. Circles Fit has quickly become part of my routine.”
“I visit Dallas on occasion and always make sure I get in at least one class. Every class I have taken has been top-notch and the facility is lovely. I recommend this studio to anyone.”
“Lavender towels at the end of every class, experienced instructors, and genuinely kind people at the front desk. Best yoga place I have found in DFW.”
The space
On the calendar
Retreats, trainings, and one-off classes worth clearing your evening for.
Journal
Eighty people, one very windy morning, and $2,400 raised for the North Texas Food Bank.
Our rooms sit around 80°F on purpose. Here is the thinking behind it.
Four counts in, four hold, four out, four hold. A two-minute reset you can do in a parking lot before a hard meeting.
Stay in touch
Schedule changes, new workshops, and the occasional pose breakdown. About twice a month.
New students
One month, every class, both studios. No contract, no catch.
