Our two hundred hour teacher training, delivered as an eight weekend intensive rather than a scattered year long program. The curriculum covers anatomy, sequencing, cueing, hands on assists, philosophy, and the business side of actually getting hired. You will teach in front of the group starting in weekend two, because the only way to learn is to do it badly first and then get better. Cohorts are capped at sixteen so every trainee gets real feedback from our lead faculty. The full program is nine hundred fifty dollars and includes the manual, all materials, and a Yoga Alliance registration credit on completion. Weekends run Saturday and Sunday from nine to five, with lunch on your own. Graduates are first in line for our substitute teaching list and community class slots.
